High Resolution Download Policy

Once you’ve downloaded your images they are released in to the endless wilds of the internet, and there is no way that they can be returned.  Therefore we do not accept cancellations, or refunds for orders after you have downloaded them.

If you are not happy with your portraits, call 707.297.7304 to schedule a retake before you click the Download link.  Retakes for photographer error are free. Retakes due to your personal preferences may be subject to a small fee.
