Senior Portrait Program Policies:

FlexPay
Your total purchase will be divided into your choice of 2, 3, or 4 payments. Your first
payment is due at the time of photography.  Additional payments will be automatically charged to your credit card in each of the next months until full payment is complete.

Payment Process
We accept Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Cards with the MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card logos. Orders must be paid in full before they will be released for shipping or delivery.

Check Policy
Write name of student, event code, & school in memo of check. When paying by check, you authorize NSF checks written to our company and the allowed state fee to be  collected electronically or by draft.

How Online Viewing Works
The online viewing allows you to preview your poses. Freedom session purchasers will be able to choose and submit their yearbook pose. Package purchasers will also be able to choose and submit their package poses.

Retake Policy
We will retake your portrait free of charge if due to photographer error or a technical problem. Retakes for customer preference require a $35 fee per outfit.  When a $35 retake is paid, your old & new images will be available in your online galery and download center.

Yearbook Deadline
Your publishing deadline is established by your school. You may submit your yearbook pose submission online before the yearbook deadline. We reserve the right to make a selection for your yearbook to meet your school’s deadline and style specifications if your personal selection is not available or not acceptable for any reason.

Model Release
ABC may use your image(s) for publications and samples. Please provide written notification by visiting our website at www.abcschoolportraits.com. Click on the CUSTOMER SERVICE link and complete the form.This will notify us that you do not want your image used. We will confirm your request by email. Being photographed by ABC gives us the right to use your images for publication unless we receive written notification that you do not want your image used.

Cancellations
Your satisfaction is our goal.

Due to digital file deliveries, freedom sessions are not eligible for refunds. please see our retake policy.

Cancellations under the following terms are allowed up to 30 days from the date of your purchase.
Cancellations: If the you wish to appear in the yearbook, the relevant yearbook fee must be deducted from your refund. Coupons and discounts used are also deducted.
Yearbook fee with viewing and selection $45
Yearbook fee, ABC picks pose $20
If your package has been shipped, you must return the package for a refund. You are responsible return shipping.
Digital Download Terms: Orders with Digital downloads cannot be cancelled if you clicked the "Download" link in your gallery or accessed your High Resolution images in any way.
Yearbook Only:
Yearbook Only orders cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Time For Packages
Portrait orders are custom produced, therefore, all delivery dates are estimates. The average delivery time is about 4 weeks after your order is paid in full and package poses are submitted.

Sensitive Dates
Order by 11/10 for delivery by 12/18
Order by 04/30 for delivery by 06/04

Shipping
A shipping and handling charge of $15 is added to all print orders regardless of method of delivery. Packages will be shipped to the address on file unless requested by the customer. International or express shipping may incur additional charges. Trackable shipping is available with an additional charge.
