body to provide personal and interactive service. The services your
company provides are progressive and innovative. The new product line of
Senior Portrait Wall Composite is an incredible way of capturing senior
memories year to year and in providing our students with the "Big

We have had wonderful experience with ABC. There has been no area of
concern. They meet their deadlines, they have excellent quality, and
their work is excellent. Our school is 3600+ students,( 2nd largest in
the Bay Area). We require EVERY student to carry a student body card. It
took ABC 3 days to take them all.
We interviewed them 2 yrs. ago and I thought, sure, if Lifetouch and
Josten's couldn't handle us how would they? We decided to give ABC a
chance. After all, I couldn't see how it could get much worse. I HATE
having to pass out ID cards. ABC sent the students back to class with
their card in hand! Amazing! I didn't have to sort them or pass them
out. Picture packs were mailed to the kids' home by ABC! Once the
pictures have been taken you are finished! (Headache free) Students go
on-line or phone their office for additional pictures or with any
concerns. My leadership class loves them because ABC "takes care" of
them. The ABC staff is very professional and will make you and your
school happy you chose them. On a scale of 1 - 10, I rate ABC 9.9, and
that's as high as I go.

I just wanted to pass on that when we critiqued the Junior prom the kids
mentioned time and again that they were really impressed with the service
at pictures. They were able to pose and they didn't have to wait in line.
This was a big deal for them. They said that with the previous company
they didn't get a chance to get into the position they wanted for their
pictures. They also commented on how polite everyone was who took the
pictures were. Just wanted to pass something positive on because I know
you always hear about the negative if there is any. Thanks for all your
help with the dance. The seniors say thank you for the free picture. That
made their day. They are still talking about it.
A NOTE FROM A PARENT
Thank you so much for responding to our request in such a positive and
thoughtful way. I think that we, as consumers, get used to businesses
being just so anonymous and unresponsive, it was a shock to even get a
personal reply.
We appreciate what you've offered to set up, and will be taking advantage
of it. Again, thank you for your generous response.
